SALARY:  Starting  from GBP  42k per annual. Your dependents are allowed to come along with you.

Job Description of a Senior Caregiver in the UK
Position Title: Senior Caregiver

Location: At 09 Care Limited Facilities Centers across the UK

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Personal Care:

Assist clients with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety.
Health Monitoring:

Monitor and document clients’ health status, including vital signs and changes in condition.
Administer medications as prescribed and oversee medical care.
Companionship:

Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Engage clients in social activities and recreational hobbies to promote mental well-being.
Household Support:

Assist with light housekeeping tasks (e.g., cleaning, laundry, meal preparation).
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Communication:

Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Report concerns and changes in clients’ conditions to appropriate personnel.
Training and Supervision:

Mentor and support junior staff or caregivers, providing guidance and training as needed.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Crisis Management:

Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a caregiving role is often required (usually 1-2 years).
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent).
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compassion and a strong desire to assist others.
